The winter season will open on December 5th, 2020 if
there is enough snow. From this point on until April 11th. Continuous ski
operation will take place in 2021. News is posted on the homepage or on Facebook.

The operating time of the gondola lift from Seegatterl is from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from mid-February until 5:00 p.m. All lifts are in operation from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m..

Reit im Winkl / Winklmoosalm 750 to 1500 meters
One of the most popular ski resorts in Germany; very snow
reliable. Local ski area Walmberg, one chair lift, four drag lifts.
It offers
you 12 km of perfectly groomed slopes. From "Seegatterl" (5 km outside of Reit
im Winkl) ski bus to the Winklmoosalm. A bit time-consuming with a larger crowd.
Great, very snow-sure cross-country skiing area. Connection to the Winklmoosalm
Steinplatte ski area with a new gondola lift that went into operation in
2009/2010. Experience shows that the winter season begins to the fullest in the
Winklmoosalm-Steinplatte ski area at the end of November and only ends at the
beginning of April. The special advantages of the young ski area are on the one
hand in the guaranteed snow, which is guaranteed there by
modern snow-making systems, as well as
in the exceptional service offered to
winter sports enthusiasts.
The entire
Winklmoos-Steinplatte ski area offers 14 ski runs of all difficulty levels up to
one
Height of 1870 m and with a total length of
2600 m and a height difference of up to 870 m.
The skiers are transported to their desired destination
in the ski region with 10 drag lifts, 3, 4 and 6-seater chairlifts without long
waiting times. A total of 50 km of groomed slopes, over 50% of which can even be

The 3-seater Kammerkör chairlift was replaced in 2014 by a modern 6-seater
chairlift
