Approach: Seebruck - Chieming - Grabenstätt
- Grassau - Marquartstein - Unterwössen 

In the center follow the signs to the Balsberg lift. From the parking lot at the Balsberglift it goes over the rolled forest road in the direction of view to the Chiemsee . From here you have in good weather a fantastic view over the village to the Chiemsee. Then it goes in rapid speed into the valley.
