The Hochplatte (1583 m) is a wonderful hiking mountain in
Chiemgau!
The Hochplattenbahn takes you comfortably and safely, in just 15
minutes, from 560 m to the 1050 m high Staffn Alm.
Winter panorama circular hiking trail around the Staffen with a fantastic view of Chiemsee and Chiemgau, as already described as a groomed hiking trail.
With the chairlift to the mountain station (Staffn-Alm). This is the starting point of the high-altitude hiking trail around the Klein- and Groß-Staffen. On the easy and promising path you have a wonderful view of the Chiemsee, the Kampenwand and Gedererwand.

well-marked paths, there are extremely worthwhile destinations starting at the
mountain station, such as the "Höhenlundwanderweg" around the "Kleine and Große
Staffen". Friedenrath,
Hochplatte, Kampenwand and many idyllic mountain pastures. Transitions
and descents to other valley locations make further interesting tour
combinations possible.

3.5 km long natural toboggan run and the 3.5 km long hiking trail (located at
1,150 m) around the Staffn are well prepared.
