Between Chiemsee, Alz and Chiemseee

Circular route from SeeHotel Wassermann through all 3 villages of Seeon-Seebruck approx. 16 km

You start in Seebruck am SeeHotel Wassermann, past the Country inn zur Post to the turnoff to Pullach. Past the company Regnauer (prefabricated house) on Edeka on the bike and hiking trail to Pullach and then to Ischl. You cross the town of Ischl. At the end of the village turn left and come first on a gravel road on the Bauschberg. Here another piece through the forest you meet on a little used tar road, on which you turn right and reach the first big goal Seeon.

Here you can also cycle around the Kloster See and visit the Seeon Abbey or take a bath break at the Seeon lido.

You walk through Seeon and turn right opposite the Neuwirt to the primary school and the kindergarten. Between elementary school and kindergarten turn right and follow the signs - Klosterweg. You cross the main road and follow a forest road for a long time until you come back to the tarred road near Apperting. Cross this street for a short time and then turn right onto an unpaved road. Here you can already see the Alz where you now go past Apperting, long first downhill, then uphill slightly away from the Alz at the edge of the forest, past Poing to the first houses of Truchtlaching, the second major destination. You will now come to the Alzbad Truchlaching on the Wehrländer Straße and cross the Alz. Just before the bakery or opposite the Gasthaus zur Post, turn right and follow the signs - Archäologischer Rundweg - to the Keltenschanze over the Hochöder. Here is the wonderful review of the Alz and the Chiemgau mountains. You now follow the paved road first, then a dirt road downhill to a left turn, which then leads you to a concrete road. Now turn right onto the concrete road and follow it slightly uphill, past a chapel, then at Keltengehöft to Stöffling. Before Stöffling turn right and follow the road, again with Alzblick to the end on a forest road to Seebruck. Here a short way to Alzbrücke and back to Seebruck.
